Inspired by South Indian style curries, this deeply aromatic yellow curry spice is blended with Sri Lankan turmeric, mace, nigella, and white pepper. A mild curry can be ramped up by adding cayenne to ramp up the heat. Works well in classic curried chickpeas, daal, and potatoes, or try in egg salad.
